About This Project
This project was created in collaboration with Harini Solaidurairaj as part of the 2020 Developer Program Cohort Final Project Showcase (https://stemleague.github.io/login/final-showcase.html). We were inspired by our passion to help the world and prevent further environmental damage. Our goal was to spread awareness about the importance of protecting the Earth and encourage people to make more environmentally conscious choices for the sake of future generations.

Challenges & Learnings
Challenges:
As one of our first web development projects, understanding how to structure a website and connect HTML, CSS, and JavaScript together was challenging. We also had to learn how to design pages that were both informative and visually engaging while working within our beginner-level skill set.
What I Learned:
Through this project, we learned the fundamentals of web development, including structuring content with HTML, styling with CSS, and adding basic interactivity using JavaScript. More importantly, we learned how technology can be used as a tool to spread awareness and create positive social impact.
